Delcare Constructions Pty Ltd is a family owned, medium sized civil engineering contractor specialising in subdivisions/ trenching / excavation work,  associated pipeline & pumping station construction, general excavation, concrete & road works.

Drawing on over 40 years analogous experience in “pipelines” and related infrastructure, Larry Delahunty established Delcare in 1999. Delcare now offers extensive and highly relevant experience in Subdivisions, Water and Sewerage Augmentation projects, plus Road Works Maintenance and contracting for State and Local Governments and other instrumentalities in NSW. In particular, for Central Coast Council (CCC) and Hunter Water Corporation (HWC) and NSW Public Works (formerly the NSW Department of Commerce and later the Department of Services, Technology and Administration). Delcare provides quality management and holds accreditations in accordance with Australian and International Standards.

We operate primarily in and around Newcastle and the Central Coast Areas of NSW, but have also been involved in the construction of Civil Infrastructure in Sydney and throughout regional NSW.
